Digital products

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we ask you to
read the requirements on each product page before buying — platform,
build number, and broker conditions.

When we refund

We will refund in full if the product does not work as described, cannot be
installed on the platform version stated, or was not delivered.

When we do not

We do not refund on the basis of trading results. Automated tools carry risk
of loss, and a losing period is not a fault in the software.
